At CIRCADIA, we are committed to your skin's journey and offer a 30-day return policy for products that do not meet your expectations. Items must be returned in their original packaging with at least 50% of the formula remaining to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, a prepaid shipping label will be sent to your email; simply print it and securely package your skincare products.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location, ensuring the return is initiated within 14 days of receiving your label.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our laboratory inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
